The Shiraz is rich, spicy, complex and velvety. It was matured for 12 months in
20% American and 80% French oak barrels. Ready now or keep for up to
6 years.
The Merlot is full bodied,
sith chocolate and fruitcake flavours with a long finish. It was matured for 12 months in French oak barrels. Ready now but will develop in the bottle. Keep for up to
5 years. The 2004 was voted the best
Merlot out of 36 of the country's top wines by
Wine of the Month Club's tasting Panel.
The Cabernet medium bodied and hhas a
distinctive Blackcurrent nose, supported by
cigar box and other oak notes. Tannins are
soft and integrated. The wine was
matured in French oak barrels for 18 months.
